Runway Models average height and weight

I know a lot of people want to know runway models average height and weight.
It is more important to be healthy then to be skinny. Depending on what type of model you want to be can determine the size you need to be. If you are a young high fashion model, the industry desires small sizes and for the model to be taller than 5ft 8in. If you are going to be a plus model, you also need to fit into the size of plus models. I even knew someone who use to use padding so she could fit into plus size clothing so she could work. The most important thing to remember is that you are hired to present an image and you have to leave all sensitivity at the door. The client is wanting something specific and to make money in the business you will need to deliver whether that means loosing or gaining weight.
